Ethnic Distribution and Conflicts
The ethnic groups in Southern Europe are very diverse, such as Spain and Italy have mixed groups. The other countries, Serbia, Greece, and Croatia have more of a native ethnic group. There are little ethnic conflicts due to no ethnic diversity in the smaller countries. However, Spain and Italy have more different groups and races, but still not a lot of big ethnic conflicts in the past and present.
