Italy's Prime Minister Resigns
The Italian Prime Minister, Matteo Renzi, resigned to the growing rival political party. His previous reforms had failed, so the most current referendum was his hope to make a change in Italy like Renzi promised when he was elected. When the referendum failed to go through, Matteo Renzi said he would resign, but wait until after the budget for 2017 was passed. Many people were worried for Italy's fate. A financial crisis is one of the biggest fears for Italy, especially since it is the 3rd largest economy in Europe.

Spain is Accepting Refugees
Since the violence in the Middle East, many refugees have sought refuge in Europe. Many countries have been hesitant to let the refugees to seek asylum in their countries. Spain has let some refugees from Morroco come onto their shore. The were able to locate them because of the spanish sea rescue service. Spain then handed them off to Red Cross to receive aid.
